Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Infinity Design Co.

All products are printed once your order is placed, it is important to pay close attention to sizing. All listings have sizing charts, read carefully to ensure ordering the correct size. If there is a concern of size, please be safe and order the larger size.

If the item is damaged or printed incorrectly we will exchange or provide a full refund.

In order to exchange an item that was damaged, you need to do so within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us via email at  info@infinitiydesignco.com with a photo of the damaged product.  We will be able to partner with you to get your item corrected.

Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
